This release was a very minor one with only one backwards-compatible change. It was only done a new version because the Textfct schemas needed to be modified anyway to model severe weather warnings better.
The version is published with namespace http://xml.fmi.fi/namespace/woml/core/2012/11/15.
Release notes
- WOML-66: Changed targetRegion property multiplicity from 1 or more to zero in MeteorologicalAnalysisType and WeatherForecastType. Sometimes the targetRegion is not needed because the geographic area is already given elsewhere.
