Release notes
- WOML-10: Now depends on WOML Core 2011/03/15, which means it's using GML 3.2, no longer using interpolated geometry properties etc.
- WOML-43: Removed enumerations for "context" and "audience". These are now of type gml:CodeType. contexts and audience are too specific to define as enumerations in the schema, application domain specific code lists should be agreed on and used here.
- Changed the name of the property "alertnessLevel" of WarningTextSectionType to "severity"
